I'm Adam Shapiro would -- Fox Business three stocks rallied today over optimism that deal will be reached to avert a fiscal cliff at the closing bell the Dow finished up 78 points.

Bizarre it is the latest in a long list of US companies offering special one time payments or accelerated dividends.

Before scheduled tax hikes next year the company declared a special dividend of twenty cents a share on its outstanding class a common stock payable December 27.

Bank of America confirms its web site is the target of a cyber attack after clients reported problems accessing the website on several platforms.

Bank of America is one of several banks targeted this week by a group that carried out similar cyber attacks -- October.

And is also associated with the Islamic terrorists the other banks include JPMorgan Chase US Bancorp PNC financial and SunTrust Banks.
