Of those so far it's only been roughly about 3000 per year which means at that rate.

Green energy jobs -- a year that's all Californians got a -- -- -- very low number.
Well an end of one of the problem is that -- you know they're investing all of this money in fact I think the state of California said that last year 59 million dollars went into green jobs training in apprenticeships.
But only 700 in nineteen jobs actually placed and that's an investment for the taxpayer a roughly 83000 dollars per job that doesn't seem like a very good -- -- to me and.
Did that jobs actually go away once you've been stole solar panels because that is a green energy job a solar panel -- Once you've -- them I guess that green job basically goes away doesn't.
It's the equivalent of being the Maytag repairman for green energy.
Because you know once you've installed them -- that solar panels are expected to last for twenty or thirty years with a very low maintenance fees and elegant you talked about unintended consequences.
I think that that the over estimates on this are are telling California we may be too green to fail.
Now what about this mandate.
The energy companies they must get one -- of that energy from renewable sources I guess that's hydroelectric wind and solar.
You've got to get a -- from those green energy sources by the year 2020.
That seems like an awful lot of power to come out of the sun and the wind and and the rivers I think -- and make it.
Well you know I don't think so because part of the -- dirty little secret behind all these Stewart.
Is that you know mother nature has that really interesting way of deciding when he's gonna -- provides son.
When they're gonna provide the wind and dead because of that all these majors power plants are supposed to give these utilities.
The the mandated 33% by 22 money.
Also have to have a companion fossil fuel plant that has its turbines ready so -- -- a cloud bank moves over the Mojave Desert but the wind stops blowing over the mountains.
-- they don't interrupt the power -- And so when.
The green energy increases division demand increases so does the demand for fossil fuels what happens if they cannot meet the mandate if they can get definitive power from renewables by 2020.
Well I I think that they're doubling down on top of this you know -- Jerry Brown was actually quoted.
With an almost religious fanaticism recently -- said you know there will be screw ups there will be bankruptcies there will be indictments and there will be deaths but we're going to keep going.
Nothing's going to stop -- Stewart can you imagine if governor brown and use that same rhetoric talking about nuclear power -- Van Jones head would explode.
However it is highly unlikely the Governor Brown would talk like that about nuclear now.

But one of the things we have to do is we have to bring light.
That the truth behind green energy and tell folks look it's not the investment that they think it's going to be that nothing really is free that there is always an -- cost behind it.
You know we can be reasonable about this and kind of back off some of these these promises -- mandates that we made my fear is though that the senate Democrats are gonna end up using this that supermajority power and that only mandating utilities have that 33% rate but a lot of corporations -- -- getting tax breaks from California the state of California.
We'll also have to comply with getting 33%.
Of their power from alternative energy you're twenty -- you think.
That might happen I'm doing that yes just a prediction that's all.
Okay is that there's no such legislation before sacrament -- legislature at this moment now know it and if any of the the Democrats in the legislature are watching right now to please just it that's just the fantasy of my -- please don't take that seriously -- green energy is kind of -- religion in California has now written I don't know -- I'm going too far enough about this but.
