Well -- this I'm not busy enough thank you but fiscal super heroes day is never done after talking bastard Dotson heroes.

Now my survived -- to get Washington off its collective idea do something about this -- Well at least that's gotten both sides talking yes you can credit yours truly.

For that private power at the White House between the president speaker John Boehner because they're not credit dignity.

It's.

Anyway troubling is the lack of follow through from -- -- I guess I have to save the world.

Again.

And I guess I -- insults.

Our graphics -- anyway.

Relax citizens that sound barrier breaking thunder you -- up in this -- here is truly headed to DC.

We're gonna stopped in on the president anyone else to save Christmas the country humanity as we know it.

But until tomorrow when I'll be reporting live from the capital maybe in my spandex superhero -- as well.

-- simply have to wait and see -- these.

A look at what they're looking at now -- sort of the two step process that calls were largely the tax hikes now.

Then a commitment to do the Sears spending cuts next here under the threat of another tax hike if they don't.

Again not the threat of more spending cuts the threat of an additional.

Tax hike.

So isn't that sequestration.

In reverse replacing sequestration.

Regardless it's confusing bottom line is nothing's getting done to top corporate -- Dan -- on.

How to get a deal done the right way and DN is a very very charismatic got -- said.

We've got video viewed did doing all sorts of things to get your audience's attention.

By the way I do this and read what -- -- sort of -- in Europe.

For the viewers on but your view on this is what you've you've got to get people engaged in -- process.

And and and explain what that means.

Well exactly it first of -- behalf of the taxpayers I wanna say thank you for handling this forest -- please is really appreciate it yeah thanks and is -- -- you know the that the the fact of the matter is that we sent politicians to Washington to do -- job and they seem more intent to just put on -- show.

And they're not communicating and they are not successful in trying to get a deal done.

And this would never work in business and the fact is that the rules the work in business and -- in real life.

Just don't play out Washington Heights -- for.

I was -- tax spices so Harry Reid if he did that -- thing that you did on states because I don't think he could do it but on having said that.

How would you get the two sides there you're big on just being decent to to your fellow human beings what does.

Weird concept but you think there's a lot of these facility are not acting like elected child explain.

Well -- civility is the key I mean that's that's.

The ruling business you are not successful in business -- -- you maintain relationships with not only your partners.

But also you show respect for your adversaries.

And that's just not there it's not president may seem to the party seem intent to demonize one another.

And they're not really even communicating to each other so much is speaking through them to their constituents.

And so that's just it doesn't.

Flock you know DN normally when I hear them publicly ripping each other apart.

Hi I think very little is being done privately what do you think.

Lesson very very good point I mean if they're if they're out there and they are demonizing one another how can you form private connection.

I mean it used to be a Washington people did.

Hang out with one another there was a relationship.

Above and beyond what played out in the media or what what even happened in the discussions in congress but.

That seems to be not the case they're more and more isolated from one another.

How can have a conversation when that's the case as of corporate Coach I guess -- What you do is also remove folks from their own demons right the type of behavior toys either antagonize his or aggravates the other side.

Real quickly your thoughts about Republicans do that annoy Democrats.

What Democrats do that -- Republicans that they have to get over right now.

Well I think that what they have to get over is the fact that they're just not dealing with the facts step one in business is to own the reality.

And without a clear audit of the facts and some agreement I -- you don't agree about the solution.

Initially but you can at least agree that we have a problem and it's a serious problem in the scope is enormous and it is only getting worse.

And so by discounting that to begin with you really have nowhere -- -- -- to build from.

And also.

You know in Washington ever won.

It is trying to take credit for their intentions and there's very very little accountability for results and so I think that if both parties got together and said look.

These -- your ideas these are our ideas.

We think this'll work we think this'll work we know what let's try it let's put something in place with some measurement and with some accountability.

So that we know when we can track our results and they know it.

-- other words you do you don't get everything you want but the -- -- get enough of what each side wants that you both to Knot winds.

Put it in business a conversation a negotiation is exactly that both sides have to give and take something in order to move it forward.

-- again you know we sent them there to work this out to get it done not to grandstand for your next election.

And so you know the country is -- is polarized.

There's no doubt about it and yet we've elected these individuals there to lead us.

Through a very serious situation so in less -- they can resolve their issues I don't see how we can resolve -- Current down next step as some assaults for both of them -- -- I would -- the president was not only going to do it as well as you but I could be wrong.

Thank you very much in very good seeing it.

Thank you --
