Black Friday and Cyber Monday were huge for retailers.

But a third of Americans haven't even started their holiday shopping -- Consumer reports says about 66 million shoppers will be hitting the stores these last few weeks before Christmas -- all.

Americans plan to spend an average of 483.

About racking up big bills for the holiday consumer reports says more Americans of shop for holiday gifts at mass merchandisers like Wal-Mart and target.

But 28% -- shopped at more than one type of retailer said they're finding the best deals online.
