And Connecticut alone are seeking eighty billion dollars in federal help the administration is teeing up a big -- Quest.

Much of the impacts of sandy go far beyond FEMA programs.

We have major transit issues there are going to be significant challenges with housing.

As was pointed out -- is assistance and housing is limited.

While the maximum benefits and individual family could receive is about 31000 dollars -- they have no insurance obviously.

That's not gonna rebuild destroyed or damaged halted have insurance.
