I'm Robert Gray with -- Fox Business -- Oracle is accelerating the payment of three quarter's worth of dividends totaling eighteen cents per share.

The company's chief executive and largest shareholder and Larry Ellison recused himself from the board's decision but he will collected nearly 200 million dollar pay out.

I'm -- up appears to 2012 Ellison may save himself 56 and a half million bucks in taxes.

General Motors is suspending production at a Chevy cruise plant in Ohio due to a supplier issue.

The automaker wouldn't give specifics but would only say they're looking to restart production as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile rival auto maker Ford says -- revving up production in the first quarter.

And another down day for the markets at the closing bell the Dow was off 59 -- sixty points.
