Well eight H two H he would have hard to say is a comprehensive program it's it's not just stay -- tighter just a job board it's a comprehensive.

Program -- virtual career Freres we have a mobile job store.

We do have a web portal and parts of that web portal has.

Pieces -- it like.

An outstanding military skills translator.

-- we have mobile phone apps that work or your Smartphone is -- -- -- you know all young young folks today use Smart.

Yeah accidents at other gonna act says it's it's got to work that way for sure -- -- one of the things that I loved.

Is that it has a great way of matching the particular skills.

Someone returning from battle to a job that they would be best for it also.

Serbs members of their family right.

It does ma'am -- that it's for -- service members -- spouses.

And veterans and and general across the board.

And our employer support of the gardeners are volunteers out there across the country.

Helped carry that message to employers.

That are out there looking at our military frilly employers looking for new employees.

You know our reserve members and our veterans bring great value to the workplace.

They have skill sets that easily transition.

To civilian occupations like our mechanics our truck drivers are aviation personnel are medics.

Those easily transition into civilian occupations.

And with only 1% of our population serving today.

It it's very important that when they -- -- from the cedar.

Where they're looking for a job you have to at least we can do is have a job for them available.

Without question -- from an employer's point -- mean there are things that make them particularly good employees as well right.

All yes -- they you know they come to you they have background they have their background -- been -- they have security clearances.

And they have excellent training weather in the military their tech savvy.

So just that time -- talked about some of those.

Duties patiently ease that transition into the civilian workplace easily.

That's what make him then great employees they are time sensitive.

Yeah they are focused they are motivated their loyal -- dedicated yes it and they -- and complex environments when -- in a military.

So so they're accustomed to that in a civilian workplace.

Absolutely and it's that bad attitude and that commitment that loyalty.

That also makes some fantastic employees thank you so much for coming on and sharing this with us today we appreciate it.
