Let's bring in -- -- he's comScore chairman and he's joining me now in a first on Fox Business interview from Miami with the rest of the holiday season taken.
This new thing you know so many brick and mortar company said we're gonna open on Thanksgiving.
So then I guess the online companies did to what kind of impact are you seeing from that.
Well certainly the online retailers are force to be reckoned with today.
We now have a situation in the US -- about one in every ten discretionary dollars -- spend online so.
Whether you're a multi channel retailer or pure play online -- you really have to pay attention to what's going on that.
And it does look as if the season is beginning earlier and earlier every and it's probably easier for an online retailer actually you know to to -- -- Thanksgiving Day as a day when you should be buying.
And a lot of people today obviously don't want to our brave the crowds in the physical still -- Was seeing we sort of very strong Thanksgiving Day and even.
An even larger than not Black Friday -- day and today Monday today will probably be the biggest day of the season.
But should you know I began by asking should we -- -- Cyber Monday something else because people are now realizing that there is an opportunity that after.
Thanksgiving Day and we have the head of PayPal side and then dot eBay's online guy isn't the mobile people and he said 5:23 PM on Thursday at Thanksgiving.

First couple of days after Thanksgiving.
Bomb and then you've got computer -- -- but I will will also sees no question this season on enormous number of Smartphones and tablets being bought.
And so you've got the devices that are changing the buying landscape being bought.
Unanimity in enormous quantities of this time of -- so.
It did that -- everything's gonna change.
If it hasn't changed already this season.
OK it is anybody holding back or any of these retailers holding back -- talking Amazon Wal-Mart Best Buy dot com target are they holding back.
Or did say they all come out today with their Cyber Monday deals 'cause I've I've seen in the past of the biggest shopping day of the year's December 17.
The well that used to be the biggest day visit now until it's it's today it's Cyber Monday.
So.
So we saw that happened.
Within the -- couple of -- that.
But the timing change from the biggest day being mid December to the biggest they'd -- inside the money.
What's really interesting about Monday though is that it is when people go back to work.
And surprisingly about a half of online buying is still being done from what computers -- and outer years.
The faster but even though you know people have these a high speed connections -- home.
There's a certain element of privacy that you get by buying from a well computer you know Latin book if you buying gifts for people and family.
So that seems to have to -- -- not abated as as times gone by and that's one of the reasons Cyber Monday is so hot.
