-- either taken companies down as in the case of hostess or with regards to Wal-Mart they're picking Black Friday to protest to me from a jobs perspective.

Does this concern you would all that we're gonna see.

-- -- issues in the labor market in December because of all these union protests.

Sure anything that adds complexity.

Or a lack of direction to the economy and the decisions that we're making.

Is going to make it more difficult for us to create jobs and and what will happen is companies will move.

From being proactive and anticipating the future just being reactive and only doing what they have to do until things become more clear.

What do you many CEOs and -- corporations that know that you all in your surveys obviously talked to many corporate CEOs that come on and they -- were concerned about health care.

Fiscal -- certainly but it's healthcare they talk about the cost of having full time employees do you think that a 2013.

We're gonna see a shift to more part time workers across the country.

Did corporate America is wrestling with the idea that the document which is hundreds of thousands of paid hundreds of -- thousands of words.

Is very difficult to decipher and I don't think anybody really has a handle on what health -- what's going to happen to health -- other than big picture.

It's going to force companies to do again what I said the most reactive as opposed priest too prescriptive things they can do and I think that's going to involve more part time -- opposed to full time.

And before -- got to say talked about we're seeing the shifted all the timing of all the big retailers union protests decide.

Wal-Mart target many retailers opening up now earlier.

Do you think that this is a -- gonna have a net positive effect.

For their for the retailers to open up early absolutely I -- anything you can do this in a positive message at this time of year.
