Denny's now -- up breakfast with a big dose.

Hush up.

The restaurant -- Muslim -- franchise owner after he announced the health -- law may may force him to cut employee hours and hike prices on customers.

Job creators alliance member Bob bloody not surprised he's -- Washington regulations.

Almost always -- small business owners artist Bob.

Good evening Tom good evening.

It's not just -- it's every small business job creator in the country.

These ideas may sound good in the state of the union message but when you get on the ground it's very difficult for these businesses the function.

Under this onslaught -- regulation.

Even trying to understand the regulation is challenge him.

-- -- -- -- -- -- The customer the customer to -- to customers are outside that this guy that made this announcement.

-- I've seen reports of thirty as much as forty different franchises mostly in the Florida area so he's got all these customers bank and on his door -- How dare you.

And yet at the same time they're the people that are supporting.

These extra regulations extra laws they don't they don't connect the dot there's going to cost businesses more which will be passed on to them that they -- You know that that's a missing part of the equation as costs go -- they have to be passed along to the -- there's no free lunch.

Even though the politicians try to convince us all the time that there is.

And also I think he's showing a level of frustration.

As many small businessman woods with this kind of onslaught of regulations well Daniel but can you -- -- you're -- you can't always that's the problem.

Now in when you can't pass along the costs what happens you don't expand.

And essentially maybe you can track so it's bad for job creation it's bad for business.

And it's bad for the economic growth of our country well this.

Who.

Doctor -- today's only owns thirty Denny's he must be a very wealthy men may -- not he might be struggling just to make his bills I don't know.

To could he owns about lot of different restaurants but.

The franchise soared Denny's.

Came out and said stop but you know we got we get it we got other Denny's restaurants of maybe they're not going to do this.

But I think he was talking from his -- Well obviously he's taken the brunt of this high cost.

New initiatives by the federal government.

And it's.

What should be happening as the -- -- all the governments at all levels should be cooperating with the job creators which is what we're trying to encourage them to do.

So the -- not only create more jobs but more economic growth.

And more income growth for the middle class.

When you don't have new investment he constrict -- economy which is what we're in right now.

We start acting more like Europe and less like America.

We need to start investing more creating more jobs more economic growth and more opportunities for everybody.

You know what you know what could happen out of business is just -- I -- of -- got to wait to see when they implement obamacare but.

I think a lot of businesses you've heard the mayor does a lot of business talking about cutting people down hourly workers down below thirty hours so they get underneath the regulation.

But that might add more.

They might have to hire more people but it will be more people that are part time not full time that'll be working.

That's exactly what's gonna happen and we could end up with fewer people on health care than we have right -- because obviously this law was not well thought out.

Wasn't read by the politicians that was rammed through the congress.

I don't think this is what the founders intended when they put together the constitution.

I know.

I don't think they saw there's little governments.

Not at all but -- but this is the thing about.

What is gonna have to we don't know everybody's going to wait almost -- -- -- CE -- about you have to wait until its implemented to see what the law actually does.

-- a do you do you suspect people will be surprised.

I think they'll be very surprised.

You know and our business we always say if you make a mistake just admit you made a mistake can and go back to worry came from -- I would recommend to the congress and the president they -- does say huge mistake.

It's gonna have a very adverse impact on our economy particularly small business on the job creators.

And it's time that they don't implement in reverse this law.

Well will wait and see I mean I'd I suspect right now the political factions are so dug in.

That is gonna probably take another round of elections before we start getting around to where people can react.

It is not until 2000 -- 2013 we get a lot of this obamacare regulation and taxes but 2014 when the begins a lot of it.

Yeah every single year it's going to be more taxes and more regulation which means we're gonna have consistently high unemployment.

And they talk about taxing the rich doesn't hurt the rich well you know what it really hurts investment.

It hurts new jobs which is the message we're trying to get out.

From the job creators yeah investment creates jobs and economic growth.

You guys a job -- do a great job you've all been job creators are you know how to do it Bob bloody thank you so much appreciate -- coming -- Pleasure being with you Tom you bet.
