You know we filed that charged last week on the labor board as you as you correctly point out a sense -- top priority and -- -- they're looking into it and and we're pleased by that.
But we're -- this week like a laser right now on Black Friday conserving our customers -- it's going to be an awesome event at Wal-Mart this year.
All right what they've been they've been trying to unionize you guys for as long as I can remember they keep making effort to do that but.
I mean have you ever had a place that's actually gone union because I mean they they can't bold if they get 50% more right.
Yeah they've been trying new.
There organize Wal-Mart for years unsuccessfully.
Time and time again our associates conclude that.
No they don't need a union that they've got a good deal working at Wal-Mart they appreciate the opportunities.
That we have a Wal-Mart and we appreciate our associates mean we can't have a Black Friday that without our associates we're gonna have more than a million of them working in our stores on Black Friday.
The thing about the thing -- its interest in about Wal-Mart is yours yours that such a big company.
And I presume with this such a big number of employees that you've got people out there that are.
Very happy with their job you got people that could take it or leave it you've got disgruntled.
Former employees or even current employees.
That the disgruntled so are going to be the ones that they march out to tell the story about why they're so one -- the question is is to have.
You know is -- some way to to.
Address the unions that would finally say to them.
You don't go ahead take your vote were -- we're ready for you did they can Chavez.
Yeah I mean that was one of the things on why we filed our our unfair labor practice charge on Thursday.
Our associates are asking us to speak up and say why are we doing something about this -- The few associates that they are putting in front of the media and getting some of this attention that they've been getting do not represent.
Our associate base we've got one point three million associates and they appreciate the opportunities that they get it working at Wal-Mart.
How we have 250000.
Associates that worked for the company for more than ten years.
Three quarters ever store management team started as hourly workers and get this.
20%.
Of the people that we hired this year were rehire some meeting they worked for the company at one point.
They -- and they decided they weren't getting as good a deal until they came back to Wal-Mart so that tells a totally different story than what the unions would have you believe.
All right so what's the plan on Friday this is this is the busiest shopping day of the year.
Are we going to have people in the parking lots in front of the -- -- Harassing customers what's your plan did provide security for the customer.
In our plan is that we're gonna serve a lot of customers that day we've got some hot items.
I'm worried and guaranteeing three of the top items and -- that's unlike other retailers where you might go there and you might get there and get up to the final line and then be sold out of that item we're guaranteeing three of the hottest items.
And -- you know where we really believe that that's what the majority of customers are gonna experience is a great shopping experience.
And a great.
Thanksgiving event and Black Friday event at Wal-Mart so little National Labor Relations Board rule before what -- No that's up to them I'm like we said we're pleased today we saw that they said that this was their top priority but nevertheless Black Friday is gonna gonna go on and and we think it's going to be -- -- Wal-Mart.

You can interfere with the employees you can interfere with the customers.
Yet they're not going to stop so what is the long term plants or some way to meet some agreement with these folks.
Yeah I think you know longer term you know want to see where everything goes will we'll see what the labor board decides on -- this week I guess that we're focused on Black Friday.
You know we we we manage our stores -- just like we always have you know one customer at a time one associated time and done you know we're ready.
Well note that it's a it's a side note from this business about the protests spread got a I've got it.
Mention this to the audience is the fact that.
Even though you are not allowed to do business in New York City I know that you a year associates and truckloads.
Of equipment once again have come in to help the people that are victims of sandy and I find it very interest it's a very good move on your part.
I don't know how much of its PR how much of -- -- you wanna help out people but you can't do business here -- -- helping to people here.
Yeah I mean that's just who we are we've been doing that for you know fifty years now any -- communities.
Are in need where there have to step up in and help and it's such as such an awful.
You know incident.
And you know we're just happy do our part when when Governor Cuomo called -- Governor Christie called.
We got our trucks on the road as quickly as possible and we are getting relief items up to the to the victims there are -- sandy and I said that's is what we do.
I would like to have been a fly -- that full of -- coldly here bode well yes we'd love to come help and oh by the way how's our store opening an application come along so.
I know -- New Jersey and earlier New York put in New York City is still.
