Hi Gerri thanks for having me on your show.

You know there's there's a plethora of different ways to look at the market one of the easiest ways to look at the market is you know if you wanna be an active investor you wanna be a passive investor as an active investor Indian entrepreneurs passive investor you would look for.

Things like publicly traded companies to invest and the second question that you would ask yourself is do I wanna be close to the planner what I what I would prefer to work and some sort of and celery -- per feel business.

By close of the plan would be a cultivate or it would be a dispensary owner.

My personal business would be business like ours -- product technologies and terror attack or legal firm horse or any other any other critical signal and -- Turns out firm's lawyers and the usual happily.

Companies that make money on other company they also come into play here to right.

That's exactly right I mean pretty much.

Yeah I mean you definitely have to take into consideration the political rest and then you know when I talked to people end making a judgment of whether or not you wanna invest in this industry you have to look at the normal business risks that exists.

-- consideration that you need to apply here is the political risk -- federal intervention in that type of thing.

What you saw in California would what you just mentioned was a crack down on medical cannabis dispensaries.

But that mostly happened in now localities municipalities where the local government wasn't friendly -- supporter of and they -- of the dispensaries gone.

What about this other issue though which I think is so interesting where states are say hey it's okay to use recreational marijuana and they get approvals that.

People walk around on the streets can carry so much marijuana.

Now it seems to -- that you get if you wanna invest in that it's a big problem because it's still illegal at the federal level.

It is -- -- and that's the that's the dichotomy that we live in today as the -- discrepancy between state laws and federal laws I mean what we're seeing here with the passage of men -- 64 initiative 502 between Colorado and Washington that's just an extra domino that's tipping.

This is the slow erosion that happens at the end of a prohibition and whether takes three years four years or decades from now.

My in my assessment and where I'm banking -- my dollar is on ultimate legalization down the line.

While gonna tell you I'm not favor of that.

I don't like -- mile one who feels that way I'm just not sure except for medical marijuana that it should be a -- drug just like alcohol or.

You know you name it how what do you think of that.

Yeah I mean I I -- final from a patient's standpoint I've actually use it from a medical standpoint I broke my -- a handful of years ago when I found it much more having much more efficacy -- -- oxy content in the fight it and that the doctors send you my -- -- addictive and that detrimental nearby gracious to ask you now.

You know an Indian one of -- focuses of terror attack has always been on the equipment side so we -- necessarily care whether it's medical whether it's recreational cultivation is taking place regardless.

And that's not even to mention industrial hemp as a as a as a cousin of that that's a huge to -- potential catalyst for growth in our country.
