And it looks like the Republican Party has an image problem some saying that not all the some -- saying -- for joining us now is Allen's office he's the co-founder of marketing for.

Multi stop by -- welcome back to the program is good to see you again.

I've read the resellers and I I think you believe that the GOP should rebrand itself make itself more attractive to women and minorities.

Are right.

What you tell us how are you should -- gonna do that.

-- I'm a fortune 1000 brand my job is to grow the brand I literally have to invite.

More people to the party.

Romney in the GOP did a great job at convincing Americans that they could grow the economy create jobs and even reduce the deficit.

But they missed the human side.

Listen to this in the the last few weeks of the election women.

-- ten to 20% more strongly that Obama.

Had their interest at heart understood their lifestyles.

Younger people felt that.

Obama treated people more fairly and that they belong what other people who support the candidate.

But those com advantages of ten to 20%.

Well not like this for Hispanic.

Where what little I can hold on a second Alan I -- I'd I'd get the points.

But you could -- -- young women would basically bullets with free contraception.

You could say that Hispanics will -- with amnesty.

What are you wanna do that did you GOP decide gravesite okay.

What -- of free contraception -- we don't mind paying point where -- -- to and say to this fact jet open borders.

I mean is that what you want -- Republicans to do.

Absolutely not.

When we look at one measure where Hispanics.

Give Obama a 30% advantage.

And feels that helps me feel free -- independent that's a core American value and that's a pillar of the Republican platform.

It's not that you're supposed to abandon your core virtues and policies but you have to work harder and making meaningful connections to people.

So that they can buy yen.

Are you now 125 year old -- -- it so it's a communication problem is just the approach to the campaign is the approach to campaigning isn't it the approach to politics that's that's what -- -- side.

-- its communications and messaging -- -- a CMO and I'm looking at numbers like this.

I'm early watery -- -- -- I'm GOP I've got some I've got Monica Crowley and got Gerri Willis with me you both the kind of -- -- heads Kia.

The Republican Party is not a Snickers -- okay.

I mean it's not it's not a good -- stop marketing here that we're talking about I think what the party needs is a way to talk about these issues that everybody understands.

You know we had sort of a CEO candidate and he walk the walk and talk the talk for business people.

But not for regular Americans.

I don't think it's re branding that's needed.

I think it's a candidate that has brought -- throwing grandma off the cliff you don't want -- had to eat dog food you know monitoring dirty water.

What the Republicans have always done is argue in cold facts and figures sixteen point two trillion dollars of debt eight -- percent unemployment.

We need to be making more personal case to every single American about freedom freedom is at -- core issue.

How about that -- we go we -- the Republicans should campaign on prosperity and freedom and reach everybody that way what do you say.

I think.

I think Monica is right on you have to make those connections so that they can buy yen right now -- -- 25 year old woman.

And I say I support Republicans and -- looks at me like I'm on a different planet.

You have to communicate those those values and a way that.

People can connect and buy into nothing we've reached agreement Allen's office -- -- stop thanks so much for joining is Alan -- and soon appreciate it thank you millions.
