How many people every year are leaving the nation going back home -- in the China they're called sea turtles so me and come back the -- have a phrase for.
Yeah they do in fact -- in the Chinese are encouraging it with their pioneers approach where they're actually not only inducing.
Just people coming out of American universities with brand new Ph.D.s they're actually coming back into America.
Hiring out professors who may have Chinese background.
So the numbers -- are very hard to get -- but it's probably well over 60000.
A year.
Sixteen dollars and a year when we haven't got a short deadly than 200000.
Engineers per year or something like that that's extraordinary.
Now what is the biggest opposition for -- Wedding skilled immigrants who started -- -- stay here -- -- from the Republican Party because they're so anti immigration.
No I don't think so and I want to be very clear about it's not just 60000 Ph.D.s.
We're losing lots and lots of people with degrees at the -- at the bachelor's and master's levels to who would stay here so that calibration we -- -- think about it people.

I think this is it that's a tennis ball it you can never tell which way it's ending.
I would dare say that I think in many regards the Democrats are captured.
They a sort of monolithic view that nobody gets in and last we basically legalize.
All the people who were here in free up the borders off for everybody else in other words making.

Equal to the person who has a PH the coming do you think that they're not -- it do you think they're not equal do you think we should discriminate against.

If people couldn't come here get a Ph.D.
love America which most of them do when they want to stay here because they can start a business here much easier than they came back home.
And certainly have is a business that could -- achieve scale.
They're people who are -- -- make jobs for people remember Dennis.
In the last twenty years 40% of the people in the Silicon Valley starting companies that grew went to the public markets and so forth.
We're not born in the united states of these are job creators they create wealth.
