-- you know we saw situations and Katrina where officials did cracked down on folks that came down from Kentucky delivered generators even at that it gouging prices you know they loaded up and officials crackdown on that but yeah it's going to be very difficult for officials to do a whole lot about us.
You know a lot of times these deals are maybe on Craigslist via email and there'll Angel hair out of -- -- yeah it's a sort of -- free market works of somebody's willing to spend forty dollars per gallon gas that's the free market.
