For telling the federal government whether you're gonna build a health exchange or not are you guys been ignored the deadline -- in the do.
Yeah we're gonna pass through that deadline -- this administration has demonstrated they don't really care what laws actually say so.
They've also said well if people blow through that deadline.
We have an administrative deadline that will use so that this -- a decision that.
The executive branch alone can't make in Virginia the general assembly has to be involved in -- Becoming in the session January ninth.
So it'll be part of the debate during this session which for Virginia's just January and February we have the shortest in the country.

You know I have to say just speaking for Virginia I went in between the -- you and I were talking to a variety of polling places we also had.
Complaints that were coming into the state board elections about long lines and long lines sound like a bad thing.
But what they mean is lots of voters bright and I have to say that much more quietly than they did in 2008.
The Obama campaign had a spectacular.
Turnout effort and it became gradually more obvious through the day.
But it was so much quieter in 2008 and yet.
-- equal -- you know in Virginia the president got about a 100000 less votes.
Then he did four years ago but Mitt Romney only got 30000 more than John McCain and it wasn't enough to close the gap a gap was cut by two thirds.
But the president still came out on top then I have to credit they're -- they're ground game well.
Democrats think well I'll -- schoolers the Democrats and well and I took the White House.

Bob McDonnell won for governor with 59%.
Of the vote.
I had 58%.
For attorney general and lieutenant governor had 57%.
Only one year after the Democrat president one.
