President Obama's health care lot has now survived two near death experiences and his reelection means there's little chance it will be repealed.

So what's it mean for the future of your health care costs.

When they -- it where they wanted I think it's gonna be different you know my heart.

-- -- you're not gonna be able to do that you gonna be assigned probably -- you know centres of excellence or clinics.

And whoever happens to be working there because I think doctors are gonna get out of private practice is going to be impossible.

For people to be in private practice -- going to be employees.

Of insurance companies or or or hospitals.

So -- to -- gonna change.

Deployment of services well that's a big issue for because right now we have at least 200000.

Deficit doctors in the US.

-- nurses technicians.

And we're not building any new hospitals we -- and build a lot of new hospitals lately.

So again those things need to be addressed how to we get a deploy the health care.

At what point time -- -- have to expect that my regular.

Doctor bills are gonna get higher.

I think that they gonna continue I think that medical inflation is gonna continue in the 10% range because it's impossible.

At the level that we practice right now see the government wants is to practice preventative health care they wanted to cut back on the let's say.

On screening and things like that which makes a lot of sense.

But that's not -- mindset of the American public the American public you know.

Has a pain in the -- and they want an MRI cat said they were able to have a headache they want to cats canned because that's what they know.

And now we have to re educate the public so for the short term 1203 years out.

If anything that the cost of health care is going to increase -- rebels are gonna go higher.

But your third point is style -- and that means more preventative care right that's a good thing.

Well it'll look that's this -- that's the European style of practicing medicine you know you go and you get prevention you get your vaccinations you get some of these screening tools and hopefully.

Lets people are gonna get sick.

The market of the US is people have they get sick they get treated -- of sub specialist services.

So that's why -- so called.

Costly but at the end of the day we have to change the way people -- sort of think of their health care they can't go to the ER anymore just to get.

Get checked out when they have a headache because that's just gonna be impossible to maintain.
