Good morning everyone I'm -- -- -- we're getting earnings in from Emerson Electric the electrical component makers reporting an adjusted profit.

Of one dollar and eleven cents a share topping yes -- -- for a dollar five cents.

Revenue came in at six point seven billion dollars right in line with the estimate and the companies also boosting its quarterly dividend to 41 cents a share from forty cents.

An independent securities regulator reportedly is investigating alleged unauthorized trading at rock deal securities.

The firm's president Daniel Crowley tells the Wall Street Journal -- is looking into trading that put the company in a precarious financial position.
