A billion dollars right now of renovation in construction taking place is that one of the things that's propelling sales -- -- -- No I think trumpet the name Brandon and and being part of that family and quite a brand really is what's propelling those buyers they feel safe but there -- buying there.

And the fact that Las Vegas itself is on record to set a new visitors.

Number 42 million is that helping with -- -- that definitely helps and there's nothing like get the trump name brand to give people you know a good feeling -- -- the ultimate status symbol for them.
