From gas shortages to power outages residents across up and down is has continued to clean up.

I've seen people -- and neighbors left and right everywhere we've the National Guard patrolling we have three navy ships offshore -- Blackhawks patrol in the neighborhood and you know everyone feels safe and most people I've spoken to are coming back as they love this neighborhood.

And the federal government is here with that buddy -- from the Department of Homeland Security the main concerns -- people.

Is getting the power back -- we've got a possible nor'easter coming it's it's it's starting to get really cold.

Can you give us a time line.

No there really is no time line there's a lot of assessment were working as hard as we can -- life on other officials the fire service to assess the needs but it.

Probably won't be back on by the time minority Easter comes here.

That's -- so awful and anyway that that people can help you know you can get money into the Red Cross.
