Four days left -- the election I think a lot of us are pretty sick of negative campaign ads but no one is is tired of them.

As Massachusetts congressional candidate Richard to say.

He recently released a very unusual political ad that's certainly got our attention watch that us.

It's like a breath of fresh air -- -- -- -- some very nasty campaigning.

What's it money well spent and -- hit the mark -- voters in his congressional election Richard to -- joins me now in a phone.

This exclusive we wanted to bring you on and reward you for -- -- -- Giving you a little extra -- time what is response been like so far.

You know I think -- voters here in.

Massachusetts we're getting -- and hit by the New Hampshire adds the Boston that I think people just want a little break so introducing a little levity into the campaign.

At this late date I think voters appreciate it.

Did you run other hats you don't where you hit your opponent over the head you know with a hammer something just to balance it all out.

While you there are a lot of the -- it's been -- hard fought campaign here in the sixth congressional district in the not sure of Massachusetts and so it's kind of a nice way to and it.

But we've been talking about the economy in the patent.

Getting it you know the job market are back in this area and throughout the country and you know throughout the course of the campaign in.

I think voters.

You know listening to the message but they also want a little.

Hello I guess that a little levity at what.

Yeah have you heard from folks about that bad in particular are hasn't gone by unnoticed because people here than beginning sort of relaxed they don't know what it's for.

Now definitely noticed you know -- it's -- good way to cut through the clutter right now and we have a pretty.

You know intense congressional campaign -- US senate campaign in the New Hampshire is right next door to west of the Boston media market so we're seeing all -- presidential.

Ads as well so you have people like I do think -- and so inundated a lot of people know how they're gonna vote -- other people would still deciding.

I think again inject a little humor and little late this into this whole process is a good yes.

It and I understand you know was relatively cheap to produce you had web people doing the -- because obviously.

You know there's not much to it so now what you even -- a little bit of money.

How did you run the -- is only 8000 box they got how much did you run that ad.

In comparison to your other ads -- what percentage of your campaign has that -- -- you don't have Boston media markets very expensive so we did our cable by what they didn't.

I think is attracted a lot of attention and actually gone viral over the Internet.

Yeah our I bet I have no doubt -- must be doing something write a note 22 you're the -- -- Republican ever elected.

To the legislature -- can you tell -- they gonna win this one.

Yeah I feel pretty comfortable and confident you know up in my area -- people really concerned about the economy.

And we the small businesses aren't creating the jobs right now that you need to live work and raise a family in my congressional district and throughout the country.

And people really look at Washington they see it's dysfunctional and they know that we have to make changes.

To try to get things headed in the right direction again and I've been an independent minded.

Legislator for a -- years and I can you know I've done it here in Boston at the state house I can do it downing Capitol Hill yeah just try to work across the -- and come up with some solutions for our country.

Do you think this should be a good idea for Mitt Romney here at the -- to do this.

But that.

Well.

It would might not heard I should send off to a good thing out -- and in some of those swing states at the end.

RA good -- to you thank you for coming on.

-- thank you very much for having.
