Up unemployment figures coming out this morning at 8:30 eastern time.

But I don't know what they have to do to help.

The weighted McConnell well the unemployment rates supposed to go up to seven point 9% because of the big headline last month came down to seven point eight I don't know Woolsey.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- President but it stays under 8% on saying you know it's it's seven point nine -- He could still make the case it's come down significantly on his watch I think if you look at the Fox News poll from a couple days ago it showed that we'll compared it you know who do you think would do better job in the economy.

Likely voters told us.

52% of -- for Mitt Romney 43% for the president so.

I do think this number this morning at 830 will be important but will be the decisive factor I'm not so sure because I think it sort of baked into the cake.

That is -- if you're voting on the economy and you think the economy's still hasn't turned around whether numbers seven point 8% or seven point 9% or 8%.

You're probably voting Mitt Romney and not the president.

If you're -- for the president it's because of a broader case he's made about how well look I inherited a mess I've made it a little better not enough progress.

But he's tried to make it about the next four years not the last -- years.

Certainly -- discussion on thereabouts scandal Colombian.

You know obviously in the campaign trail you don't -- you don't cure it so much -- -- -- again people wanted to wanna talk about the economy but.

You know look -- -- on Twitter and I've got people sent me notes one of the things that there's going to be notes about more than anything right now it that they feel like the president has not provided enough answers.

About how these four Americans were killed -- what did the administration do or not due to try to save them that is a big issue that we're we're hearing about.

You know whether or not that's -- decisive.

Factor for a lot of undecided voters I think is is is a great unknown right now but there's no doubt that this has been one of those wild cards.

You know just just 68 weeks before the election.

When the terror attack happened on that 9/11 anniversary of that.

That shook things up a little bit because if you're voting on foreign policy national security.

You know after killing Osama bin Laden the president had a pretty good hand.

Pretty good story to tell the American people think situation in Libya has -- scrambled that's.

Come and have jobs style -- later this morning.

And one of the things he suggests the -- in the -- of crises and tragedies and disasters that Freeman does is essentially.

Pretty lousy job how they're performing an excellent.

What you know.

Eagle back hurricane Katrina and no doubt people of taught streaming data pretty lousy job as you say they've been -- -- wears its secrets.

Didn't see that they've got a pretty about a dollar -- give the man is running right now -- who -- you get is gotten a lot of high marks in in recent storms well they had.

Other hurricanes have been the last few months the last couple years and and I think so far mostly heard pretty good things from him although.

Again if you look at some of the pictures of in new York -- New Jersey where people are are scrambling for food you mentioned and lower Manhattan.

Danger they're pretty -- that that -- -- -- fall it was a it was a natural disaster.

But I -- I don't think the full story has been told -- we've still got days and weeks of recovery ahead.

To see how quickly they can get relief to people -- Craig you gate has gotten high mark.

He's somebody who comes from the state of Florida he was sort of the did the emergency management official running things for the state of Florida under Republican administration in the -- it's kind of a nonpartisan figure who who has gotten high marks.

And then an apparent to sir Staten Island Borough president.

Who's been largely complaining about the lack of -- visible assistance from organizations like the red cross.

And how they're performing.

I look at people are gonna be frustrated whenever a crisis like this happens and if you don't have food on the table if you don't have electricity you're gonna be frustrated and going to be pointing fingers.

I think the question is that you know in the immediate aftermath there's only so much the federal government can do is only so much stayed local government can do it or even the Red Cross.

But the question is gonna get their act together in the days ahead.

To get that relief to -- -- people pouring money into the Red Cross let's make sure the money actually makes it from the Red Cross to people who who desperately needed.

Well it's got its ultimate plan executives.

Half of an enormous problem for the combustion to had to bring met opera and a -- of -- are -- there are.

Rumor remaining moments would have to.

-- and I'm here as the chief White House correspondent for fox new -- and the president of Columbus, Ohio where you go down on doing.

Oh gosh we're we're going to be is actually in Ohio all day and then we're going to be going on would come to the New Hampshire this weekend and therefore -- And a couple of stops and Iowa as well I think if you if you add up Iowa Wisconsin -- Ohio.

While Wisconsin and Iowa have -- electoral votes in Ohio.

They they add up to what the Obama camp hopes will be sort of this midwestern firewall where even if Mitt Romney is able to rest Florida Virginia North Carolina states like that in itself away from the president's state -- carried in 2008.

They think there may be a firewall in the midwest.

And then it it is very hard for Mitt Romney get to get to 270 without really breaking some ground here in the midwest.

What us president on his.

As did have rally is there aren't people shoulders -- Yet mostly big public rallies have been it would interest data yesterday we're in Las Vegas an image of the Green -- event the president -- relatively small -- He's somebody who go back to 2000 they had really big crowds and there's the question about whether there's enthusiasm -- this timeframe -- people really gonna show up note -- answer to that was the Green -- rally was one that have been put back 24 hours or so.

Because of the storm.

And so they had a hard time getting a crowd assembled -- it was sort of they were scrambling.

Today in Ohio restore some small -- he's gonna focus on turnout.

Getting out his vote in some small -- to -- get to the polls.

-- every vote is gonna countless state like Ohio here than it over the weekend he's going to be shooting for the much bigger crowd the more Obama has -- remember from 2008.

And a way to get it do that he's gonna have Bruce Springsteen to a couple of concerts.

And some of these battleground state you can have -- out there one point on Monday.

Obsolete and and his wife is going to be out there by the way First Lady Michelle Obama at the very last rally.

Which is going to be Monday night in Iowa and the reason why he's doing his last rally of what they say will be -- -- campaign win or lose.

-- -- realized as I was work all started to remember in 20072008.

Where they were sort of relatively unknown senator Barack Obama.

Any kind of shocked the world in Iowa.

So I think it started there and he wants to end it there on Monday night that he's gonna go home to Chicago Monday and just.

Stay off the campaign -- on Tuesday and -- -- results come in from from home in Chicago.

Wonder -- that say.

Last campaign liberalism in his young guy he could run again your -- that that -- -- already run for a down from frozen and -- He could run again absolutely and he's young enough that you know if you were to lose this time and wait for years and try to come back all eyes.

He's the it is early fifties you know he could run again.

It only served one term doesn't suggest if you -- -- he can't Wright but video that's my point is that they've had already win or lose it's the last campaign.

If he -- he'd come back fifty what you know what 5455 years old he'd still be relatively young guy.

But they're saying.

There's who have not going to be an Obama comeback if this -- the last campaign.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
