-- thank you so much for joining us solutions -- -- to be with you what.

Think about these attacks mean what's the danger to presume is that home may feel like well you know I didn't really see my service in Iraq today to lose any money is -- is there a danger.

There's a potential danger these attacks right now or -- -- distributed denial of service attacks of -- pretty simple and they go out and basically what they're trying to do is overwhelm the system with a lot of traffic.

But if they start mimicking the behavior is the online behaviors of actual depositors.

Then -- watch out because -- that particular point in time.

You will get people who are seeing going to see their bank accounts compromised you're going to start seeing things that are going to happen in a way.

That we haven't seen yet to these attacks are not quite to that level yet but there is another wave of attacks that could be coming.

A wary of Russian a group has talked about.

Attacking thirty US banks and -- they will use they bought net two type system -- go go in and actually take over.

A computer systems and then go from there and actually use people's computers.

Any even if you don't know that they're using that you can they can.

-- when they're doing it Jack yes I'm wondering you know the banks are saying it's no big -- you know we've slowed the networks -- didn't do much more.

Are we confident that's really the case of -- maybe they're just trying to make us feel better about the fact that there are Muslim extremists and my bank account.

Well and that's part of the problem because not only can people go in and do denial of service attacks but what they can also do is they can go in and they can go in in -- and -- -- your information go in and access that information he will not know for a month or more work.

That they've actually access to information they can -- resident on your web web servers in in a bank's web servers and to actually this monitor the traffic see how much is going in and -- and what is typical traffic in terms of amounts and things like that.

The makes it very very hard for bank systems to detected.

And very important.

For -- security IT professionals to be on the lookout for these kinds of attacks what.

The next industry do you think it would be targeted I mean it's obvious why they would go after the financial industry but who else do you think it's a likely target any element of the critical infrastructure and that includes the electric power system which is already been attacked.

You've got to tell you know water treatment facilities you get municipalities.

You also have the energy sector which has been attacked and had had has had some elements.

Been looking at it.

From a variety of things like oil exploration data intellectual property.

Anything that has intellectual property where that can destroy a significant sector of the US economy and our that could be at risk really scary stuff thanks for coming on we appreciate it my pleasure Melissa.
