But using video games to help businesses better air act with their employees and their customers.

To -- game -- -- -- into any experience they provide and that could be a customer facing experience like a website or mobile up.

Or could be an employee facing experience like enterprise software the united -- metaphorical here Chris we talk -- a real game tell us how bell media.

Got a third a 53% increase in registered users.

Well we're not talking about adding video games to bell media but we're talking about.

Is adding that techniques that work in -- video games.

Things like leveling programs and points programs and achievements.

And recognition and rewards.

We're talking about adding those techniques which are typically called game mechanics.

To business processes to enterprise software.

Two web sites to really motivate and drive consumer and employee behavior which is -- more important goal to bring in people to the website that ordinarily wouldn't bother because we've got these nice game application techniques.

Or to actually do a better job of engaging those who are already visited.

Why I think -- there's opportunities for both.

And then at a whole new area that we're seeing in game -- is actually applying these techniques to.

Inside companies particularly focused on employees.

Consider this a recent Gallup poll suggested that 70% of employees are not engaged at work.

Another study actually showed 72% of employees.

Are giving 100% at work.

And so we see not only huge opportunities for applying game a vacation to consumer facing activities.

But actually more and more so applying it to employee facing activities.

What did you just say that.

Federation of 7% of employers are not engaged at work and that -- show a 100% of employees are engaged at work did you just one senate.

-- let me clarify that 72% of employees are not giving 100% at work.

Alright well thanks so I thought of that as it's called.

What's called president he has and that means they show up for work and they sit there and sometimes they'll be on FaceBook and -- -- -- and other things.

And we find that there is great opportunity to.

Modernize the experience that these companies are providing to their workforce you have to really keep them engaged -- then again we can't just fire unless they decide to get a hundred -- -- engaged all right thank you very much for being with us.
