To get a permit and that's why in this country you see oil production growing on private lands but declining.
On public lands and that's exactly why -- put legislation in the empower states act to make sure there were able to permit.
Oil wells in a timely way and do hydraulic fracturing or fracking as you said.
Why why does it take so much longer and I apologize we have a delay here -- we just have to bear with that.
While -- the problem as the federal rules are so burdensome and complex.

Days to get a permit if you're able to get -- at all it's not necessary it does not provide environmental protection.
That's why we should have a State's first approach where the states.
Provide that permitting.

Broad standards set by the federal government that protects the environment and we produce more energy domestic energy and jobs for this country.
But he tell physically what makes the process take so much longer I mean is it that -- filling out he's the paper and you send a man and and you don't hear back forever.

That creates there's gap between you know ten days or couple days and one situation.
And 290 days in the other what is it.
Must frankly it's federal group bureaucracy and red tape it's EPA it's Bureau of Land Management.

Lengthy extensive and on certain.
Plummeting process that ties up industry for no real benefit that means less domestic oil less domestic energy.
And and fewer jobs.
So what's the answer is it no permits at all is their way to expedite the process do you do -- permits locally.

Question that's my point here in the state of North Dakota we're we're -- good example on private lands we get those wells permitted.
In ten days what the legislation -- put forward in power states act.

Under broad -- lot guidelines set by the federal government.
