Well Sears and Kmart announcing new holiday plans to drive store traffic and sales.

What distraught as the both names have had -- -- of the last second was the condition of the stores whether it was in.
Malls across the country that we're deteriorating in -- that was affecting Sears as well.
That's been happening as well with Kmart I mean -- -- is that something -- you you can do yourself reinvesting and to be putting some money.
And investment the investment at its Sears Holdings in both brands has really been about.
Building out the shopping system of the future customers in the future are more and more shopping on the phone.

They want an integrated experience in -- in -- significant investments and -- one of the most exciting things about both brands as the infrastructure that we built out.
