Because I've got -- homes so many people and more can say and -- I love what you -- -- army and let's go and -- train these people have careers as we had.

And these people that call me -- much younger than I am the dinosaur here.

What they are young people that have been very successful in the industry and what we do is we have a veteran with a veteran Wall Street veteran.

With a veteran and I -- -- ship.

The goal is to have them add value to clients these are very very.

Proud people and they could take money from the -- capable extremely -- matter of fact.

The word on Wall Street is they want the best and the brightest I can tell you now I have.

Thirteen veterans and wounded in battle -- the best.

And I also think they're very bright.

Not so.

We tell I had this is a very emotional segment right thing because it it means so much.

I just the -- but other people as well -- talk about Wall Street war fighters in this group the desert training tell us more about how this works and how people get to.

It's an amazing program by the nonprofit organization Wall Street where -- facilitates an associate training program -- basically equipping disabled veterans.

With a basic skill set so they can get placed in the industry right.

The organization stipend.

Yeah they do provide a stipend housing it's it's amazing with the program does and it's generating a lot of people who they go in the Wall Street -- they know what to do.

That's right -- it's starting them through that journey of development of not just getting a job of developing a career.

Posters of his humvee and his name throughout the town.

They ultimately did -- -- This young man came back you know through the burn center in San Antonio which is amazing sense.

Ultimately suffering in very very significant injuries and the pictures I I hope that may have been posted one of them is a picture of Jerry receiving his purple heart.

From -- I get chills when I think about it from from President Bush and back in 2005 and he was a patient that night.

At at the mercy of those that would provide for him really needing their care.

And then.

Just last week.

Had the opportunity the privilege of watching Jerry interface again with with general -- where -- President Bush rather right.

Now as a professional.

Standing on his -- -- to fantastic professional earning his own living not living on government subsidies.

That's what this program is about that's what our business and there's a picture right there and then he when I am proud I'm proud to call and a colleague of ours -- Drexel Hamilton.
