On the day of the iPhone released Blackberry is reporting an outage affecting users in Europe.

The Middle East and Africa Blackberry announce the issue in postings on FaceBook and Twitter and says it is urgently working to fix the problem.

Checking markets this morning here in the US futures are up across the board Dow futures are up by thirty BS and in Europe the Financial Times is -- reporting European Union authorities are working with the Spanish government come up with a bailout plan and unlimited bond buying.

By the ECB markets there are mixed with London and Paris.

Both down Frankfurt holding on to green territory by about six points let's take a closer look now what's moving the markets with James Hughes senior market analyst at up RE.

Over in London James the Greek government officials are holding another round of negotiations with creditors.

In hopes of agreeing to almost twelve -- billion euros worth of cutbacks how do you expect this to play out.

Universal Music Group has won approval from EU antitrust regulators to buy EMI's recorded music unit.

For one point nine billion dollars after the Vivendi owned company promised to sell some of EMI's.

Most valuable record labels universal says the assets to be sold amount to 30% and EMI's global sales.

Citigroup is selling EMI after it acquired the music group when buyout firm terra firma.

Defaulted on loans owed to the investment bank.

Here's a look at commodities now oil and gold about to the upside up up by -- seventy cents trading around 93 dollars a barrel.
