Created the eight day work week to compete to attract good workers he doubled workers' pay.
The UAW didn't appear to organize until thirty years later.

Before because it's hard to explain to people how the market regulates that yes some people in a free society will do much better than others.

Amid the the degree of unionization the private sector has been shrinking for a couple of generations because they have to compete.
But my argument is not winning in the hearts and bonds.
It is where they have to compete in those industries -- in the public sector union where they can use -- monopoly it's growing.
I think most Americans think without unions.
