Wow -- but to be clear on the facts -- this night.

And astonishing 46 point 4% of Americans paid no federal income tax in -- -- -- eleven.

-- the rest of us to pick up the tab for federal programs.

And this is a new phenomena twelve years ago 34% of Americans paid no income taxes back in 1970 it was just 12%.

Look if you need further convincing that a large and larger portion of Americans want Uncle Sam to support them.

Book till proven then today's report from a senate committee investing Social Security disability programs.

The committee randomly -- 300 case files and found fully a quarter of them were awarded improperly.

Without the most basic information to back to claim made available to the government.

The cost of the fraud millions in taxpayer dollars for a program that is already teetering on bankruptcy.

Now one judge alone judge Howard O'Brien in Oklahoma City.

Approved roughly 90% of the more than 5400 cases -- -- between 2007 and 2009.

By himself he awarded more than one point six billion dollars in benefits.

Amazing right.

Now buried in the senate report is the kind of slipshod work allowing these tax -- dollars to slip through government hands.

Like the Virginia applicant who claimed lower back pain as a reason he should get disability.

He got it.

Even though a physical therapist testing him found he didn't exhibit the symptoms of a person with chronic lower back -- the kids was ultimately decided on the basis.

He liked taking the occasional occasional hour or so long -- And that prevented this working an eight hour day.

I'm not kidding.

Then there's the case of the Oklahoma applicant who claimed -- -- knee pain shoulder pain coronary artery disease and obesity.

During a brief hearing he was asked no medical questions and the attorney on the case told the judge more than once.

He was unsure if there was any medical evidence to qualify for disability.

But the applicant -- anyway.

The report also found the disability program is growing like topsy.

Since January 2009 it's at a five point nine million Americans for a total of ten point six million receiving disability insurance payments.

Look the point of all these numbers it's happened nobody should get disability.

The point is -- system is broken and going broke according to the reported will be out of money by 2016.

There's precious little time to make fixes.

Look the left want you to believe repugnant Republicans bring this up because -- just mean people.

And the truth is harder to swallow.

Americans are turning more more to the government for help just to sustain themselves and their families.

But that is not a sustainable trend.

Why the answer is easy we can't afford it.
