For trader.

Ben Willis that's why we wanted -- here in studio with some of his favorite and then least favorite sector picks right now.

Energy so that's kind of broad which part of -- and -- Perennial favorite for me -- have a lot of friends of trade in the oil patch stocks for a long time but I would say.

-- the investor to take a look at that master limited partnerships that's an that's an area that.

It's billion getting a lot of press not a positive press you wanna look at some -- granddad if you will those that have been in the game.

He just had a a guest on talking about dividend stocks and how important is.

Master limited partners -- are similar to real estate investment trust as well.

They -- they pay out big dividends that's -- whole purpose of of what they do IP integrated oils for the integrated all hello my again I can't talk individual stocks but I like.

That that is as an area of exposure also like some of the the downstream providers as well would you be your gasoline refiners as well but.

The important thing to to know is that.

Oil companies so and the likes of the big integrated in downstream don't need hundred dollar barrel oil can be profitable they can make it a lot of profit -- a lot less so don't let the price of oil.

Which tends to move is an asset class.

With the oil stocks as well -- -- you see those are under pressure again as an investor that's at time the buy you wanna -- -- every -- -- Right he's buying everybody please remembered how -- do not run with the crowd here let's talk about materials quickly because this is another sector that you like I would think that might be just a bit dangerous if it is that -- economy.

It is but what what I what I'm seeing basically what I -- -- we have this discussion earlier is that that I'm seeing the rotation.

Into the what we call the higher beta stocks buy in by the investors that are in the market right now they're not a lot of investors most -- money flows were seen going out of equities -- those that are staying in.

Our rotating out of some of the others more traditional.

Safe havens and into the higher -- -- material stocks would be one of them.

Those that that mind.

The the precious metals stocks those that mine the rare earth stocks there are very volatile -- difficult it's one of the things I just think you should avenues shopping -- when they go on sale.

That's what it should be.

Again the key go on sale the two once he doesn't like utilities and Telecom are out of favor for him at the moment we'll put his reasons.

On our FaceBook page FaceBook dot com slash Liz -- -- has suffered Debian studios would be effective cellular.

I like seeing on the floor too because that's your -- wrote an agreement is -- he's always right on every little stories that's good to see you thank you.

Ben Willis of Albert fried and company -- -- managing director there.
