In order to really take a pulse of us small businesses for what they think about the economy legal issues and then of course this is an election year.

This year now as you mentioned.

Optimism has changed a little bit we do our small business index.

Twice a year -- at the beginning of the year -- over 80% of the small business that we surveyed thought that 2012.

Was going to be a better year.

Then 2011.

June in the middle of the year.

That was down to about 56%.

But it think it is still hopeful that more than a third of these small business yes.

Are planning to hire.

Say that they have been confronted by legal issues in the past year and that is way up from your survey the year before there's too much regulation heard these guys isn't there.

Well small businesses do tell us that government regulation and compliance with those -- regulations.

Our other biggest legal issue on their on their minds and an affecting their business that's about.

A third the next biggest legal issue they tell us is of course the fear of being sued.

Which is about 20% -- litigation and lawsuits.

They feel like as the biggest issue affecting their business are.

We got to -- but one hopeful note was that your youngest the small business -- this.

64% of the next generation are optimistic so -- you know capitalism -- optimism monetized thanks for being with us we appreciate it.
