Sometimes you need more than just a great idea to help get your business off the ground you of course need a whole lot allude to.

That's -- I hear this claimant is that flip board.

Headquarters today and -- -- outsell with one of the Angel investors -- that startup is -- three three days in the valley it was.

-- day again yes we have now moved to a company that we first profile -- ago they were there in infancy stage it is what sport come on -- We love the attitude of startups they have little things like that's welcome to -- -- population 57.

-- -- -- employees they had as of last month guess what they've already added just another race so.

They are growing but quickly hear some of the numbers of that is music to the -- Of the original or at least some of the original investors company that he is David -- of SV Angel he's founder and managing partner at venture capitalists Angel investor.

And what's the difference between -- BC NN -- tell us that the size of the about a money that you put into let's start up.

A little bit of both and also at this stage we get in at the earliest stages so really when a company is like this -- -- the -- real.

Two people in the garage where as the -- get in when the company set the stage of -- the company.

As a little bit more built out what made you choose flip board.

To say I'm going to commit capital here because every dollar is precious when it comes to venture capital short.

So this one was actually very easy.

For us if you think about Michael Q -- -- these are special iBurst.

Mike has built them.

-- tell me.

Evidence of neat guy for design so for -- it starts with the founders about it was a very easy decision.

The second part is that.

One of our things is real time or social data and that's just the fancy way of saying.

That people are consuming creating media in different ways and that's where we we think -- or -- be a leader how people consume media -- different.

Labels explain what it is it is the first social media sort of online app that people would uses -- back the -- that they can customize and talk about growth last year when we first profiled them they had two million users they now have twenty million users that to me is a pretty exponential jump.

But it's all about the ads -- these are bit more colorful ads than.

Banners and every time you.

You'd sort of turn the page on your iPad or your android because now -- android.

They have three billion flips now up ads -- -- Yeah I mean it's just amazing and another thing to point out is that the ads really fit in with the whole experience.

-- ads are just gorgeous there really elegantly done really part of the experience that's part of the reason why I like them.

And that's again.

It it speaks to the changing way in which people are actually consuming media it's not about the TV guide it's not about point -- Google it's about social media.

It's about integrating the ads into the content and there at the forefront.

You've got a fund of about forty million.

What are the three things because they're people watching right now this I -- got an idea what -- the three things you look for aside from as he said sort of the leadership there.

That before -- say I will commit some money here.

So.

You know for us again as Angel investors we -- essentially investing with barely any -- And so I like to say it's very similar to realistic that they only three -- three things that matter for me.

Our founders founders founders.

It's all about the founders.

And we you really look for two things the first is a founder that's really scratching his or her own niche they're solving a problem that means something for that.

And and that sort of magical case that -- translates to a huge market.

And the second is.

Is almost like an impatience where they're just not satisfied with the way things are the world so if you hear somebody like Jack Dorsey are marked -- -- Talk about why they start their companies starring the company sort of gotten.

-- way of they're wanting to.

Make the world different with what they want to build David -- -- as part Iraq -- always looking for the big ideas that as the Angel thank you so much and they found it here at flip -- but wow one idea of that is twenty years already -- stages Sony Computer Entertainment America.

Coming up in the next hour Jack Trenton and listen this is an entire industry that's starting to show little bit of slowdown for computer games of -- console business.

What is he doing what about the beat -- we're gonna get some sales data we're gonna find out.

The stages that they are -- for Sony coming up with Jack Trenton in the next -- states and back to you then thank you so much those -- in the valley.
