We decided to deal with webos which is the operating system that was embedded in -- and India which is -- developer framework that allows developers to develop one application and can roll across.

Operating systems.

We have open source fat which means.

Everyone -- -- that it is -- bomb you know part of now the developer community.

And we will keep it that way and you know what the future holds there in terms of -- sound capital structure I don't know yet.

But we're delighted we did that -- I had a very tough decision to make when I have been here just thirty days which is what to do.

And I said you know what I don't want to shut this down entirely I want to provide this has an open source alternative for the developer community and so far so that's okay but with a Smartphone.

Which is there any discussion has there been any talk about buying part or all of -- to really get in the game of Smartphones now.

That is not a direction that we're going to add.

You know we gotta we gotta create our own device and you know.

Tried to take that asset I think this is is more than we could undertake right now the dividends you've got a 53 cent dividend -- just announced a dividend of 32 cents would you hike the dividend says stay on top of that -- so we just did increase the dividend by 10% several months ago.

The dividends are very important part of HP's capital allocation structure.

Many people own our stock because of the dividend and you know as I see it on the landscape will keep that dividend and we may increase it over -- what I ask analyst what could Meg Whitman do that would make you happier because it now it's all about the -- these.

Hello -- does -- to be happy but some of them say -- love to see her buy more stock for herself personally is out of pop -- Well obviously my entire compensation to stock based you might call like the -- dollar a year salary Internet data that got us in Nevada worth.

But at a dollar a year and then on my entire compensation is is based on the stock appreciation -- -- -- -- so.

The I'm pretty well invested in the future of HP and I tell you it's a great company I am I feel really great about the path that we're headed -- I just wanna quickly say because -- -- dropouts and you've got a lot of employees here.

Who have been beaten down for morale situation with a couple of CEOs who didn't get the job done.

What do you want to say to them at this point out as far as how committed you are to running this company and turning it around.

So I am a 100% committed I signed up for this job and I will do everything in my power to lead the turnaround at this company.

And of course at the skills not just me right we have to be all on the same page climbing the same health.

And I think everyone understands what we need to do.

I think we have done a good job of capturing hearts and minds -- could go around and asked people what they thought.

But you know when 320000.

HP people decide we're gonna do something.

I wouldn't bet against us.

Meg Whitman is the CEO of Hewlett-Packard she says the PC isn't dead most likely they are done with job cuts and the enterprise business will be huge coming up and they're committed to a Smartphone.
