Back to the oldest jobs report is the big number up.

368000.

People just gave up looking for jobs last month that means for every one American -- got a job.

Full people just left the workforce.

The White House says the White House this is a positive report and -- signals that the economy is recovering.

Present -- -- -- says he needs more time to fix the economy.

Like me to tell you what you wanted to hear you elected me to tell you the truth.

And the truth -- -- will take more than a few years for us to solve challenges that have built up over decades.

All right so congressman and Republican congressman quest joins us now from Florida congressman welcome back.

You -- the president that asking for more time to complete the job of recovery.

And today's unemployment report he says that this has signaled that the economy continues to Rick -- what do you make of this.

Well first of all laundries great to be bet with you Stewart and you term this report is lousy in the military we will call it -- bar FE UBA all local so you gotta understand this is a peripheral report.

And when you think about what the president is saying this is not about the truth.

The president -- so -- that in his first term if he could not get this economy turned back around he'd be a one term proposition.

He sold the United States American American taxpayers on on almost trillion dollar plus stimulus.

And we were supposed to have unemployment that would never go above 8% we've had 43 months of unemployment at or above 8%.

And you understand what has happened with the workforce participation rate the lowest in 31 years and the stimulus was supposed to have was a -- point 6% unemployment.

Here in South Florida and the district where I am.

Palm Beach County has a 9% unemployment Martin County to the north not point eight.

And just a further to the north twelve point 8% unemployment saint Lucie counties so yesterday -- not talk to the chambers of commerce.

Of us Stewart Jensen Beach and palm city in Marin county.

They were appalled small business owners are not looking to grown and expanded so there is no recovery I don't know the president has spent -- is talking about this is horrific news what.

What do you make of what the president said last night I want to get to his delivery in Europe and a Euro opinion on that but first.

He said he's gonna cut the deficit by four trillion over the next ten -- He's gonna double exports by 2014.

Create a million new manufacturing jobs within four years -- oil imports in half by 20/20.

I had a 100000.

New math and science teaches.

I mean that's a pretty specific list.

What do you make of it.

Well first of all the stimulus was suppose -- to our whole bunch of teachers and I don't think that's the important part for the federal government and I think that's more of a payback to the National Education Association.

As -- a lot of these manufacturing jobs he's looking to create.

There's -- being union states not right to work states such as you see here of Florida and we all remember what the administration did as far as going after Boeing.

When they tried to open up a plant in Iraq to -- states -- to South Carolina.

What the president said he was gonna cut the deficit in half and what have we seen we've seen four straight years of trillion dollar plus deficit.

One point 421 point two now one point 31 point one trillion when you look at the -- U 2013 budget that he had.

The debt that he did not talk about last night which is a sixteen trillion goes to 26 trillion.

You have one point nine trillion of new taxes but it does not lower the -- all it does is go to 53% growth for the federal government.

In his budget never balances so you know the practical application speaks for itself.

Are you get a get the blame.

And you congressman of west are you gonna get the blame for the 9%.

Unemployment rate in Palm Beach County.

No models they can't get the blame for -- -- percent unemployment rate because everyone knows have been house represented -- We -- about thirty through the sort of four pieces of legislation.

-- is all about job creating policies tax and regulatory policies that open up the entrepreneurship.

We've also passed legislation to get.

Our energy security going back in the right direction to lift a lot of more towards we have on oil and natural gas or federal -- not state province -- Although that legislation -- -- -- so well when you hear talk about raising income taxes on just those top -- that's where a small business owners are.

And as a matter of fact battle will yield us about 85 billion dollars revenue.

Per a year and you know -- we spent about four to six billion dollars today in the federal government.

Yes we do actually we spent almost ten billion dollars week on interest on the federal debt.

Which would be he's not been what eight weeks with the tax increase on 250000 Kate plus -- Congressman Allen west it is always a pleasure and we thank you for being with us again this job's Friday -- -- Cheers mate.

Did you -- that she is --
