Former President Bill Clinton spoke last night and here's his report card.

Dynamic yes a great order you bet.

Factually accurate not a chance we took a look at some of its clients and we found the missing a few details well a lot of details.

Let's start -- jobs how many can President Obama claimed to have created here's Bill Clinton.

In the last one -- nine months.

Our economy is produced about four and a half million private sector jobs.

-- We could have done better but last year the Republicans blocked the president's job plan.

-- in the economy more than a million new jobs.

So.

Here's another job school President Obama.

Plus -- and a half million.

Yes.

Yeah -- here's the reality okay total payrolls when the president took office 111.

Million okay.

Pops up to 106 in February but today.

A 111.

Point three million -- 300000 jobs net new private sector jobs created over his presidency -- on could be asked me.

And if you factor in the loss of government jobs over that period.

The president has created -- no -- That's right.

That we talked about Obama care Clinton argued Obama -- is allowing more people to get coverage and at the costs are going down.

Listen to this.

President.

For the last two years.

After going up at three times and right of inflation for a decade.

For the last two years health care cost.

Have been under 4% in both years for the first time in fifteen.

Years.

-- right Obama care hasn't even really got into effect yet.

These numbers may have more to do with a bad economy -- people can't afford health care they're not going to the doctor.

Boy there's a good news story for -- hang your hat on.

What's more you know costs rising not declining let's take a look according to the Kaiser Family Foundation premiums for singles.

There -- there costs up 8% for families it's up 9%.

Family annual premiums are 151000.

Dollars up a 113% over the decade.

So obviously you're paying more.

Then there's Clinton's attempt to.

This is personal -- me.

Wouldn't have millions of people off welfare.

It was one of the reasons that and that.

Eight years I was president we -- a hundred times as many people move out of poverty into the middle class than happened under the previous twelve years.

A hundred times as many.

It's a big deal but I am telling you the claim that President Obama -- welfare reform work requirement is just not.

-- It's not really.

And nationally recognized welfare experts who also helped to write the 1996 slot which by the way.

Clinton vetoed three times the man's name Robert Rector says new rules from the Obama administration will weaken work participation standards.

That require 30% of able bodied welfare recipients to work twenty to thirty hours a week that's just the way -- this.

And look you know I can go on and on and on Clinton's claim Obama's budget would cut the deficit by four trillion dollars.

-- no serious budget analyst believes that.

The president's counting savings from winding down the war in Afghanistan and Iraq savings we've already counted thank you very much.

But Clinton says that's not good arithmetic he noted this it's a budget gimmick.

So Clinton's report card for last night soaring oratory -- facts few and far between my friend.

I guess when you don't have a record to run on you have to resort to really good speechifying.

Watch for more of that tonight when the president speaks.
