So did that softer side of -- win more women over to me it's because every day.

Dad gave mom a rose.

Which he put on her bedside table.

That's how she found out what happened on the day my father died she went looking for him because that morning there was no rose.

My mom and dad were true partners.

A life lesson that -- me by every day example.

When my mom ran for the senate my dad was there for every step of the way.

I could still see her saying and her beautiful voice.

Why should women have any less say than men about the great decisions facing our nation.

Did you hear that did you watch that did you see that did you get a sense that nerds can have passion as well.

It is a reminder.

That this ticket has got to bring those two together did -- achieve that and for women.

Did it make a measurable difference to the Sabrina Schaeffer of the independent forum on whether those Romney moves works what do you -- Sabrina.

Yeah.

Absolutely appeal to women last night and I think he did a great job of doing it without pandering to them.

I don't think there was anybody watching didn't sort of -- -- -- -- up -- near their spine when they heard him talk about his affection for and for their -- children their family.

For his parents' relationship these -- things that resonate with.

With women camera -- I I look at my has been on the couch and I think you -- are thinking well.

I have to you know step a couple of it.

About you know it's gonna do because when I heard the rose store and -- -- that.

This war -- to some -- -- from -- and I support I hope they don't take the camera back on me right now.

-- that just cuts -- But you know we have these impressions of we put.

Business guys into these compartments and ambulances -- you obsess over these CEOs and business guys over these decades -- they've -- And I was like so people they are us you know they've been might have -- wallets -- they might have.

More impressive resume is a lot of the -- eight but did they are human beings and and -- -- To be passionate -- and what you are is I think what has to come through at a convention.

And did that part come through and is that that the kind of stuff.

That he had to do.

I absolutely did I think that that moment where he's talking about the fact that he sent to and you -- the work that you do is is more important in the work that ideal.

It resonated because it reminded voters that their life hasn't always been this easy -- they haven't always had this much money there was a time when they were younger and they have.

Five young children and I think that is where it resonated I I thought to myself wow.

You know I haven't always been a huge proponent of Mitt Romney but I I have three children five and I'm there I'm working on the timing -- working all the time are always speaking about bills.

And that moment resonated with me and I'm sure resonated with a lot of other women and moms.

-- -- tickets in far -- I can always say you know you wanna reach out to women.

By not being impacted -- and you could argue this whole trend you know.

Who whatever it is -- about divorce and its brother is just.

That you can gerrymandered this anyway you want to sort of placate women and then the type cast them.

Did he go too far the other way by trying to bring up W respects motherhood and all of which might very well be the case and and how he really feels.

But I thought -- his wife did it and a number of other speakers are doing it.

CE he must be addressing an area -- he knows he's weak.

Because he has men in a lock right now not so much limit what does he have to do.

To bring -- at least more women on board.

Well I think you're hitting on that like ability issue an -- keeps going back to the fact that I don't wanna have to go to the movies -- the president right that's not why we're electing him but I think you're right a lot of people are saying.

We don't know him he seems to have had this outer shell that's been a little bit.

Because -- political and think that through because I think going to the movies with Mitt Romney might be a little different he might -- his own 200 seat -- so.

Go ahead let me -- But I think that you know that your right you walk a fine line you don't -- -- be pandering but at the same time I thought that he did a really good job of showing that he's not threatened by strong women.

He's been surrounded and he's surrounded himself by strong women all his life at home.

In business.

In government I think that's spending that he should be proud Evan and I -- I and the first to say it at parity is not the same movie quality I don't like to say.

How many women carrying certain jobs I don't think that's not important at -- point is is that he's not threatened by women I think that's something that he (%expletive) you.

We should recognize.

That would did it I think women are lying about this Sabrina -- you are too because when I was in high school women lawyers saying.

Well.

So I think -- -- a little bit but that's another issue Sabrina thank you very very much.

Thanks for having great -- Sabrina Schaeffer a -- it --
