Champion small businesses America's engine of job growth that means reducing taxes on business not -- in them.

It means simplifying and modernizing the regulations.

That are hurt small business the most.

And it means that we must rein in the skyrocketing cost of health care by repealing and -- Placing obamacare.

I -- when I was Mitt Romney speaking at their Republican National Convention last night.

And we -- commentators from all sides of the aisle on giving their reviews.

Of Romney's speech but what does small business owners think about what he had to say we have sand how you -- -- he is the founder of sales huddled group that -- small business owner himself.

And Sam I'm wondering what did you hear.

That this -- or some of the keynotes.

I think that there was a lot of lot of strength in the passion that dehumanization of them that around here -- the speech I think that.

As a small business owner would have liked to see a little bit more detail you know it felt -- it was a lot of same old that there we've heard a lot before the convention so I think that goal was speech little different than.

They aim at small business owners I think there were to see a lot more in the coming weeks in the debates were really really more granular detail that's too.

What the what the differences are with both candidates as far as with the new small businesses.

Comedy usually is out of the way it is sinful enough for those of us have been watching this tirelessly we have of course heard many of these things before but a lot of people.

Just start tuning -- -- -- that candidates -- started try to get their general platform out there and then hopefully.

Those details unfold and it goes back at least that the plan -- don't always see those -- -- unfold going forward still have to keep an eye out for those that.

I -- specifically what is it that you're looking to hear from this candidate.

I think that there was a lot of strong points made as -- million jobs being created and -- I think that we wanna see.

Plans are laid out as to what are we gonna do in regards to the economy.

What I do a lot of clients in my business who -- small businesses all across the country and I think that.

Their major concern relates to.

How -- we gonna get there were -- the economy on how we're gonna generate more revenue and you know even when I console -- companies in the sport in the -- -- it's all about keeping your -- focused and straight ahead on.

Generating more revenue and with what they're doing whether -- hiring -- the four.

What kind of decisions are making aggressively with marketing and the really wait to see -- detailed plan that you know again we're all actively waiting for.

And improved what you're gonna -- really speak to -- -- general sentiment as far as.

What's direction the government should move in order to create more jobs that seems to be that focus everybody talks about jobs.

We just -- Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke come out and say that's the dismal the big focus the big bad part of this economy right now.

Not but people don't often talk in specifics about what it is they expect the government and specifically the president to do.

About a situation I wonder as he speaks to small business owners and you being one yourself what you think you can expect from the government and specifically the president.

In that -- -- we -- the points that you know mr.

Romney made when you talk about -- five point plan and was about.

Improved -- with American with American workforce -- -- we improve education I think that's something that's really interesting because.

Especially in sports basis 80% -- misfortunes through with a lot of students coming in -- -- -- specifically in the rest of the work -- but how do we improve.

And you -- about training programs to ensure that their people the qualified candidates are getting prepared for that.

Economy there were in in the work you know coming to be able deliver on the that it worked -- expect.

As sure there is -- mismatch and it seems in this -- and -- skills required in jobs in this field that people out there applying for jobs have to despite the fact the all these people unemployed -- are jobs that are going.

You on higher or they have the higher from outside the country because they don't have anybody that can meet that skill levels that -- a little bit of the mismatch there.

And there's also -- such apparently in the number of women vs men that are starting new businesses these days haven't -- -- that's up.

And then get your view on -- them.

-- more likely than men to start a business.

They need a president who respects and understands what they do.

Having to make this very clear.

Unlike President Obama.

I will not raise taxes on the middle class of America.

I think this.

The -- the for from.

The bottom line is.

Nine accent American businesses are small businesses to write your 52% of the workforce it's been the small business space got every -- we look at the jobs report it's always a majority of small businesses that are making those conditions that are creating those new jobs absolutely -- -- -- I think that.

Women are at the forefront of innovation and change especially a lot of the space -- I -- when I -- not only the US but.

Globally where they're making a lot of change especially instant sports face.

Where you know innovation in and can change is needed.

And there's you know the good old boy network that always needs to be challenge.

Pension fund I think it's also interesting that the recession if you look at the numbers tend to hit -- and harder than it hit women but the recovery is also helping men more than it's helping women I want a better than even do with the fact that women seem to be.

Been going on -- and creating their own businesses instead of just going official rather putting an application for doubled already this.

-- -- speaks you know specifically the candidates that I see that we hiring -- force companies across the globe especially in sales marketing positions being.

Tremendously more prepared to step in to and not only communicate.

Which again from a sales background.

Being able to communicate wherever rules are stepping into our light years ahead of a lot of that the male populations coming into the space army at the gets.

It's a trend this happened the last five the five to ten years we've been seeing.

And it's only gonna improve.

-- it well so.

Big picture you look at the main debate continued -- candidates and the two parties in general it's been going on for years.

Big government -- small government I wonder what the people that you speak to what they tend to say Eric there is sort of the general stamp on that whether.

Increasing government involvement you know more infrastructure more investment that kind of thing to increase government jobs.

Is viewed at as a better way to approach the economy rather than cutting government cutting taxes cutting regulations in trying to allow businesses to -- Develop on their own -- do get a general climate of feeling when it comes to that when -- talk to small business owners.

-- we about cutting -- you know to decrease the amount of regulation allowing small business owners to be creative.

Within their industry you know you also see me from an infrastructure perspective I think that's something that -- lot of small business owners want.

More assistance with but especially regulation -- we have definitely think the small business owners are trying to.

Take hold of their business and their range of -- we have lab -- do that.

Of course aren't that sent thank you -- thanks -- -- united find out more.

The sales huddled on the economy at Sam's company check it out we are going to put.
