In Louisiana today as we move on to the other.

A big story in the convention tonight it'll be Mitt Romney's turn have been waiting for this -- last couple days and building up to -- and this will be.

Boy let's say at the most important speech of his life -- how many times will we hear that throughout the day but you know it's one of those cliches that's a cliche because it's true -- for Monica Crowley and Republican strategist all the rest of all the things -- -- -- contributor and everything selling off our -- -- thank you.

And I thank you for that great that all around great cursed at.

Let go on trial.

Can't add author of the book walked up the -- -- just apparently just out an end of the book Q and by.

One of weigh -- on last night real quick before we talk about tonight you know what this title of my book it's the happy warriors guide to the great American come back and that's one of the things I really wanted to get across to governor Romney.

And and all of the Republicans going forward when I wrote this book last year because I think as important as the contents from what we heard from all of the speakers last night.

Is attitude and tone and spirit and -- we saw from Paul Ryan what we've seen from Susanna Martinez Condi Rice Chris Christie and Romney.

Is this happy warrior spirit.

That negative a Texan politics do you work.

But on a week like this where you're really presenting your party.

Your nominee.

Your ideas to the American people some time for the very first time that they're seeing you or hearing new to have that happy warrior spirit I think almost is as important as what.

He actually -- -- made -- very interesting point she said the last convention this was Sarah Palin's peak and then it was all downhill unfortunately from there -- fortunately -- and -- see it.

But says Ryan will heat and have attraction to carry it through and will we see a bump in the polls that they'd normally.

In the convention bump that we usually see it I -- -- actually now a lot of the pollsters are moving from registered voter models to likely voter models to give you a more accurate picture accurate picture of where -- electorate is anyways so.

I think -- -- movement you're gonna see a bump for Romney and Brian -- coming out of this convention.

Where you've seen so many strong speeches right introducing these candidates who are just dynamite and you -- -- had a real star turn last night.

As did Susanna Martinez Condi Rice and these -- people we're carrying the message of limited government fiscal responsibility economic -- strong national defense to the American people and I really think it's resonating that.

That brings the question wanted to ask you to board -- -- I think he's had an earlier is that they hate there's a criticism of this convention what is it because.

You're right many of the ideas have been a kind aggressive speech last that most people look -- support that was -- -- -- speech matter what you think of the ideas percentage she presented them well.

And made an articulate argument for her.

A point of view.

But she did debt Governor Christie made an argument for his personal story -- it was Paul -- -- -- I know he's on the ticket.

But who's made an argument it'll be his job to do tonight for the actual person who is on the ticket this time -- been many arguments for individual Susanna Martinez is another.

They've been many arguments for ideas.

Where's the argument for Mitt Romney.

Well I think all of the speakers you've heard so far have been team that moment up for governor Romney today.

But in the background foundation that you've seen so far is so critically important because the Republican brand in the conservative brand to some extent has really taken a beating over the last -- -- the -- is it doesn't tell you the -- were just not into this -- as much says no no no what what -- coming out of this convention a couple of days of establishing.

The conservative brand Republican brand has that happy warrior -- Based on limited government fiscal responsibly not only -- -- not have a choice because the laws of economics are gonna kick in and make these choices for us unless we -- -- do that.

But the personality.

And this is so critical because it's so different from 2008 -- Obama which was the cult of personality but that was all personality was at the time exactly and that is what questioned what Republicans are Romney Reiner doing now is -- This is not a topical to -- Alley this is about America.

And the ideas that are gonna change the course of the console personalities -- so eloquently described is so key to grasping -- key demographics that went to Obama last time right.

Actually can -- Wall Street in their too because they were fully behind Obama.

So can we get a change -- it is shifting demographics women.

The teen knows Wall Street it it is heavy lifting for the Republican Party because minorities and especially unmarried single where it.

Have tempted to cope with the Democrat party because they tend generally speaking to be more dependent on government government program.

But I think this week when you saw the great diversity of speakers from Condoleezza Rice to Susanna Martinez tonight by the way you're gonna hear from Marco Rubio -- as well as governor Romney.

I heard somebody on another -- say this morning the Democrats wish they had this kind of diversity of speakers.

I think we went a long way this week toward making the argument not just for appealing to those groups and trying to get -- -- independent voters on board.

But projecting the message of limited government which by the way when you look at all the polls is where most Americans are.

I said earlier this that it -- this speech.

At least part of it has a local feel to it that -- being made in Florida and part of that is gotta be directed to Floridians -- Marco Rubio.

From -- is when Florida it is and win I don't look at it.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Would hurt governor Romney among seniors and especially in the state of Florida polling at least so far has shown that not to -- -- case.

That actually Bryant is hoping him on this score is mom's blond -- Paul Ryan citizen.

Yeah betting she's very cool you know I'm -- betting amputee heading to think -- -- anybody share is I had that was kind of tear jerking moment I think when he said that she is my role model still and when he gives -- speech a couple of weeks ago also when he said in Florida after villages and he said.

I'm trying to reform Medicare to save it.

For my mother for -- for my generation and for generations -- and not trying to destroy this on -- -- my mother and you have very powerful stuff and the Democrats are having a hard time countering it.

Monica Crowley.

They seemed radio talk show -- best selling off.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Yeah that's the book.

Thank you guys -- there it is.
