In the technology world this past Friday after a year of scorched earth litigation a jury decided Friday that Samsung.

Well oh billion dollars is no small sum of money but for Samsung.

-- By taking a lot of -- design and a lot of the technology behind the -- They've actually caught up significantly.

In terms of market share they lead -- mobile phone industry.

And mean much for a company that's worth.

It is a great phone and terms of design and it doesn't look anything like the iPhone.

And it's it's the future it is what that design team looks to go ahead and do it looks great.

Oh definitely and you look at the way that these companies are strategizing.

A lot of these larger phone manufactures and and and operating system developers are going in in purchasing companies.

Pending lawsuit itself Google amount purchased Motorola Motorola as we know as one of first cell -- developers.

And they've gotten out and purchased Alfie patten's outright on Lotta times company's locals going to purchase the portfolio patents.

But a lot of times will also go -- just by the company wholesale just for the purpose of protecting themselves I'm not only in terms of the patents that they own.

But in terms of other patents that they don't own so they can use -- as leverage for future negotiations.

Saying I will buy a Samsung equipment says since it is a lot cheaper than apple and I now know they had apple text Apple's technology.
