Well Navistar International is getting a boost after naming former Textron executive Louis Campbell its chairman and new interim -- But part of the deal he will receive 500000 in stock options Campbell replaces Daniel -- and who is retiring effective immediately.

And anti bank is buying Hudson City Bancorp for three point seven billion dollars in an all stock deal as it expands its reach in the eastern United States.

And he expects to -- about 25 billion dollars and in deposits and 228 billion in loans from the merger before adjustments.
