Apple's one billion dollar plus victory -- say Amazon for patent infringement could mean higher Smart -- prices for new -- And everybody Adam Shapiro explains -- Adam.

It could mean that but before we get -- -- real effectiveness is this was verdict over software -- -- mostly.
