Less than usual as if this is true it's really remarkable that the government would actually act on those instincts rather than just simply keep them to themselves.
The -- that's sort of get in the way of voter confidence in the president if they feel like the president is making a decision and he hasn't yet.

Well I think it does undermine the view the president as a strong leader if you're if you're seen -- doing -- -- strictly for politics and not for.
Good policy but look the president has been inured to that for a while I mean think about this last year.

You've got a look at this is a -- I guess you would say what really gonna help either of these candidates.

Well first -- it's interesting is remember just couple weeks ago we had a fox of poll that showed.
Governor Romney -- behind President Obama so it shows the strength of this choice of Paul Ryan.
As his running mate but look into this going to be a close race in each campaign is gonna need to take advantage of its convention.
Frankly governor Romney has a slight advantage here because typically.
Over the last.
You know 4050 years the party that goes first with its -- -- gets a bigger -- typically.
-- the party goes that follows with its conventional Republican -- next week democratic commenced the week after.
But it's going to be a close election and no ifs ands or buts about it.
And you know it could widen out at the end but in all likelihood.
The conventions are going to be -- the debates are gonna be key and frankly what the candidates do each and every day on the campaign trail.
Can can make a big difference if the president goes out and says is he did in Roanoke with.
Famous example if you build a business you didn't build that someone else did then that -- then that becomes really important after Labor Day if either candidate makes -- mistake like that.
And what that that was really interesting is a Gallup poll actually showed today that as we answer the election.
That voters are sort of -- of souring on the candidates not one or the other but both candidates because of this.
Negativity in the negative campaigns that they're both were I running in the attacks on each other.
Let the voters seems to be losing but a confidence -- Yeah look at hill over the course is some what's been -- if you look at pollster dot com which -- strength in the favorable on payrolls and Canada's they've both gone up now.
I wrote this in my column this week in the Wall Street Journal.
One advantage that president Obama has as did his negatives are lower than present -- to governor Romney's but only by a couple of points.
The advantage that governor Romney has is -- his negatives are more diffuse there -- there around the question of you know is he rich guy is he an outsource your jobs due to China a busy busy weird as -- as the Obama campaign likes to -- likes to suggest he has.
President Obama's problems is that his unfavorable -- appear to be linked his performance in office.
In other words they think he's done a lousy job and economy the deaths of the debt.
Health care they really don't like Obama -- he's the first Democrat president history have a negative rating.
On the issue of of handling of health care so his are more tied to his performance and office.
It's easier for governor Romney to sort of give people an explanation -- years.
And to deal with these issues than it is for President Obama to see a significant change in economic conditions.
Which is the only thing in my opinion that -- lead to improvement in his handling of the economy.
