Miss their targets under NC LB over the past school year President Obama also loves to spend taxpayer money.
But federal education spending is already quadrupled over.

Where -- 6% from the states.

Now the majority of that by the -- what local money comes from property taxes so who do you think should be.
We should have the biggest say in public education's country should it be President Obama.
-- to be the department of education and the federal government should it be that teachers unions.

Of taxpayers in this country.
Who pay 90%.
Of the bill for school.
