And you gotta love the law -- language.

This administration also -- waivers by the -- -- noticed waivers for obamacare waivers for welfare work requirements.

Maybe often overlooked -- his waivers to the biggest bipartisan education legislation.

That all students be proficient in reading and mathematics by the year 2014.

Are you kidding me.

And 33 states and DC can't even get close.

Why because teachers and students aren't reaching the goal of the -- legislation.

Nearly half of all schools 48%.

Of them.

Of -- school.

Miss their targets under NC LB over the past school year President Obama also loves to spend taxpayer money.

But federal education spending is already quadrupled over.

In the 1960s.

Now all the government is spending more than 101000.

From the state and 44%.

Where -- 6% from the states.

Now the majority of that by the -- what local money comes from property taxes so who do you think should be.

We should have the biggest say in public education's country should it be President Obama.

-- to be the department of education and the federal government should it be that teachers unions.

Of taxpayers in this country.

Who pay 90%.

Of the bill for school.
