I -- the next company seeing revenue soar more than 23000%.

Over the past three years making it -- second fastest growing company in the country that in holocaust is the president of asked him.

Solar and he joins us now -- -- -- of this testing company because -- because you know you've grown more than 23000%.

Over the last three years.

In your solar company explain to me how this growth has occurred when frankly a lot of negative seven is being directed at the solar industrial.

Well actually the solar industry needs to be looked that in much bigger perspective so we often hear news about how manufacturers are having trouble and are going out of business and they're having.

Really tight margins.

But as we -- know that actually trickles down to the consumer -- actually really great prices so while some manufacturers have been feeling the pinch.

Down at the consumer level and -- level are -- act.

We are seeing the best prices for solar we've ever seen so of homeowners today who go solar can get incredible returns.

And and we are offering leasing where you can go solar for zero down and be cash flow positive from day one.

The name that's really interesting to people I don't think that.

People know that you can rent solar panels and your companies do not and obviously you're very successful.

Yeah I that this is part of our partnership with constellation energy now part of -- on and we offer the customer a variety of financing options they can certainly purchase the system and then -- back the system over time their -- electricity savings.

Or they can -- the system and like I said pay nothing down.

And -- monthly bill that's less than what they would have normally paid to their electric company.

So it's a way to save money from the very beginning and create your own power so you're not dependent on the utility price jacking up your rates.

Or.

You know that the fact that.

When you were creating.

You're creating power for yourself -- not to worry about where that energy is coming from whether it's term.

Dirty coal or from clean you know nuclear you can created for herself.

On your own home.

Nobody I mean obviously it is it's great to -- company growing especially.

Solar company the same time.

How do you convince.

The consumer to go the panel route -- because that means obviously putting a large solar panel on the home it's not 'cause medically very pleasing the same.

Problem has happened with wind farms and wind energy across the country how do you fight that argument.

That that these solar panels are frankly just not a -- attractive.

But we we hear that from some folks but.

Buying by and large solar panels have come a long way since what people kind of expect them to look like from years ago.

So the solar panels that we put up on homes today.

There sleep there are all black.

They they covered the roof and they look fantastic.

Wait what they do they do look a little unusual -- sometimes he'll be the first -- your neighborhood to go solar.

Who we found and the reason further 23000%.

Growth that we've experienced is that 11 person -- solar in the neighborhood they're gonna tell their friends they're gonna tell their relatives of coal.

It it it it's it's on a trajectory right now where you're gonna see solar pretty much I -- neighborhood across the country -- -- name have you has your company received any government subsidies.

So the government subsidies available for solar are available to the homeowner and the government the government does subsidize solar -- If your company gotten any investment from the government.

Now at a company does not have any investment from the government.

OK well I mean you laughed that we and obviously seen that happening with some of the solar companies out there -- won't name names.

And and it's been a failure do you think that the government should be involved in this solar industry.

Well -- Step back and -- remember what the incentives for the consumer for.

-- to drive up demand to build an industry and so they can raise the volume manufacturing.

So the prices come down and that's exactly what they've done.

Over the past few years the cost of solar panels have declined by more than -- 5%.

And that's directly as a result of the increase in volume now.

I look forward to the -- which is coming very very soon when you don't need government subsidies in order for solar to make financial sense.

Even today in a lot of areas you don't need subsidies and it's it makes sense right now so.

The subsidies did what they needed to do and now they're going away and we're looking forward to.

OK OK well on the heels of that then -- -- -- that we do anywhere thank you right now is jobs in this country went from eight employees to 175 employees in four years which is impressive.

A great growth story.

Are you going to continue to -- And that's where hiring in every market that -- and we serve twelve states in the mid Atlantic and northeast region.

We have job applications.

Coming into -- -- all the time and we're hiring left and right.

We're growing incredibly fast.

And we're gonna continue to grow and by expanding into new regions and just serving -- homes.

And homeowners that were already -- serving so as I said before this is a trend that's really taking off.

And you're gonna see solar panels on every house in the neighborhood.

RA and you -- by the way do you plan to -- keep expanding I mean you're not in all fifty states yet.

-- you consider we do plan to continue expanding there's a lot of markets or not an already.

Obviously you don't get see the kind of growth that we've seen -- out.

Having the ability -- grow very rapidly and expand very quickly and so we've we've built up a great infrastructure to be able to scale there rapidly.

We're looking to lot of new markets like California and Arizona and all over the country.

All right well good luck to you guys thank you of the game -- -- from solar president.
