And he addressed those criticisms.

It's clear to us the president has decided not to offer solutions -- just bitter partisan attacks.
Democrats have and will focus on Ryan's Medicare plan here the basics it affects.
No one currently in Medicare or ten years away for Medicare eligibility.
It 20/20 three seniors would choose private plans from an exchange.
And Medicare would subsidize them that traditional Medicare would be among those choices.
The winds budget saves money because it caps the growth of Medicare -- GDP plus a half percentage point by the way that's Medicare growth target.
President Obama has support.
