Well the London Olympics almost over I have been shocked.

He is my take on the bricks.

It's their performance -- been a shock.

British athletes off in overall metals way out front of the Russians the Germans and of course the French it wasn't -- about in my day.

I was a student in London forty years ago and back then the brits lost -- all sports all the time.

Soccer cricket -- Currently badminton tennis how distant shores so pretty good remember Roger Bannister -- run the first four minute mile bought sprint as well they just couldn't sprint.

In sports the brits came in a graceful and honorable full.

So what happened and really don't know.

The -- spent more money on training -- that that helped and the formal -- is send their best people to Britain to complete and that clearly help the lost.

But a full explanation for the flood of gold absolutely eludes me.

I must say I was not surprised at -- successful staging organization and -- of these London games.

They all very good -- gigantic public celebrations.

Royal weddings funerals carnations there was was watching of that you know.

But when push comes to shove I must say this.

When I get on a plane and fly to America I'm coming home.

And I want to thank all of you for making me feel so very welcome.
