With our congress -- our senators on a five week summer vacation it's easy lose track of some of them.

But we followed senate majority leader Harry Reid out the Los Vegas.

-- opened a green energy conference this week.

The senators up big proponent of renewable energy he touts Nevada as what he calls the Saudi Arabia renewable energy and -- Even though critics do point out that Nevada does -- -- enough energy -- a significant fraction.

Of its all energy needs but nonetheless this is the senate majority leader after all.

No doubt Nevada is hauling -- a lot of our taxpayer money though it's received in fact one point three billion dollars.

And in -- that's not -- I mean even though he is the senate majority leader and he does do special projects for the president.

You know like check out tax returns and things.

That money flowed out -- Nevada.

Federal funds have been funneled into geothermal or solar wind projects since President Obama or profits so what does all that money.

Created well exactly I get ready for this issue really are going to be shocked.

The Nevada journal -- a little bath for -- -- and for senator Reid and pointed out that that's a cost.

One thing that's I think definitely out Nevada can't afford -- created any more green jobs certainly not in Nevada.

And Nevada consumers certainly can't afford to -- for any more of that good old green energy that this administration -- the -- Even where there are huge federal subsidies for the state.
