Well you know we've been looking for about the last year and a half.

Over in the Texas hill country to find the right piece a land.

And when we located just went on Craig's list not too far from -- -- We thought wow what what what a great opportunity to literally you know put bikinis on the map right.

While there's absolutely no doubt about it you don't have to necessarily worry about the City Council all the sort of ordinances and things like that.

But it -- be good that's sort of the dangers -- obviously to -- public relations aspect of his working.

But other celebrities and people -- town before and it -- -- doesn't always work out.

-- no I we've got a lot of feedback over the last few weeks from.

Some of folks around that town of Fredericksburg.

So.

We're hoping that they realize that we're going to be a good neighbor.

A good neighbor.

Is that really what toilets and bikinis -- thinking that that's the welcome -- coming there are ready to party I'm ready to drink I'm ready to have a great time.

Call in sick on Monday because I would have bikinis over the weekend.

I think you're exactly right I mean -- that's what we plan on I'm doing we plan on having a few big weekends out there every year.

And making sure that it's a destination.

How would you go about running small cities and even maybe larger municipalities.

Yeah now I I don't think we've and thought through that much of it at this point.

You know our goal is -- to make sure that.

We put something in -- in the town that is attractive for people to come out and have a good time.

Certainly there's a lot of tongue in cheek that we're -- -- -- that you mentioned that the bill of rights where we're creating our own.

Bikinis bill of rights and our our own little declaration of independence and and going and and and having contests within the company to see who's going to be the the postmaster their share of the warden of the -- so we're we're not taking ourselves too seriously were having a good time when it.

Well you know one point you -- your governor actually suggest that maybe Texas could be its own could secede from the union.

Maybe little bikini -- -- its own country never really truly have its own bill of rights but.

Beyond all this -- all all the fun is had then everything else says it's had it is -- some sort of message we can get out of this.

You know I honestly I don't think that there's real message out there I mean.

-- you know.

I don't think folks should really be upset about.

The fact that we bought this down and are changing activities Texas there's a lot of serious things that are.

Always going on in the news and -- around us.

And this is one.

It always puts a smile on on people's faces.

Well you know and they'll go -- on vacation and I'm not sure where he is have you seen them down there.
