Well I first my -- experiencing America it's only up 11% he offered about 40% more than that the markets -- discounting it.
I'm skeptical the company is in kind of in the state dilemma right now and it's gonna liability if fight between him and the board how much debt -- tape -- This economy needs a new strategy in -- -- -- to experience retailer to drive it shows did a great job as that term building company for the last 36 years right but now -- needs to move to a new phase.
And get some leadership in there they can think differently it's not just a big box -- they've got to be an online retailer.
They've got to compete with Amazon they've got to be of value added services provider which people like -- desperately -- To help us get through that period of boxes we have and -- -- and I think they can do that.
But the bottom -- can't stay and in -- -- much longer are they gonna continue to be a deeper trouble still think this will happen in the sub moves from -- take well might happen right.
It might happen but I'm not sure this success again we've seen -- today retailers like.
They are all go bankrupt too much debt might happen may not work that's -- -- let me -- I -- about the and -- mentioned this.
I think before we took the last break the reason that we really had John today we've been looking at some of these initial public offerings with FaceBook obviously.
Being a big example but not the only one in the world technology.
Housing -- Groupon on on -- -- some questionable.
IPOs lately and perform that great people say boy what's going on and Silicon Valley and in the tech world -- this history -- repeat itself where we see a big.
Bursting of a bubble.
Or or something like that what's your view.
Well first -- -- Partnership and -- captain -- -- to the future the United States I'm disappointed that these guys that are.
Venture capitalists and their backers are tragic so much money off the table -- -- -- to transaction it is a transaction but it's gotta go forward.
Like Google went forward and I think it is -- the stock they -- the stock got a month to -- price but at least has a huge base I'm not sure about.
Zynga and Groupon whether they have a robust.
Business model that can withstand changes and in preferences at all I think FaceBook can.
But I'm very concerned about that and I think there's been just too much -- think we've got to get back to building.
And and not just have a transact -- -- for the long term that for the future.
Of these companies is and that's of the future of the country has and you write about entrepreneurship and you talk a lot about that but thank you for joining us today -- George appreciate it.
